Meet the Therapist Behind Finding Resilience
I started my career working on an inpatient mental health unit in Northern Michigan, where I saw firsthand how overwhelming life can become without the right support. My work then led me into crisis settings—supporting youth experiencing homelessness and later providing mental health assessments in a hospital emergency room. These roles taught me how to meet people where they are, especially in moments that feel intense, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Over time, I transitioned into outpatient therapy and eventually founded Finding Resilience Therapy Services to focus on the work I’m most passionate about—helping high-achieving individuals manage burnout, anxiety, and the internal pressure to constantly perform.
I use a blend of EMDR, somatic work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process trauma while developing practical, sustainable ways to cope and grow. My style is direct, supportive, and collaborative.
My goal is to help you move beyond just managing stress—to feeling more clear, balanced, and in control of how you show up in your life.
